  • Why do i need to create an account on JUSTIN JAMISON?
    Creating an account allows you to move through our checkout quicker. You can also store multiple shipping addresses, gain access to your order history, and much more.
  • How do I create an account on JUSTIN JAMISON?
    You can create an account one of two ways:  
    1. From the home page click on LOGIN and then select "Create an Account".
    2. Create an account by clicking My Account and then selecting "Create an Account".  For mobile this is the preferred method.

Delivery

  • When will I receive my SPRING/SUMMER 14 PREORDER?
    For all SPRING/SUMMER 14 PREORDER products shipping will be February 2014 due to seasonal calendar.  Preordering allows you to be one of the first customers to receive this brand new collection before available at stores.
  • When will I receive my FALL/ WINTER 13 order?
    For all FALL/WINTER 13 products please allow one week for processing time before your order is shipped.

    Joining the mailing list gives you access to updates, promotions, and event information.
  • How do I unsubscribe from the Mailing List?
    Each Mailing List email that you have received has an unsubscribe option at the bottom.  Please click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.
  • How do I subscribe to the JUSTIN JAMISON mailing list?
    From the Home page, select Subscribe and enter your information.

  • WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART AM I GUARANTEED I WILL RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?
    If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    To cancel an order email sales@justinjamison.com. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
  • HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a UPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Customers also have the ability to check the status of their order by clicking "Order Tracking" at the bottom of the screen.
  • HOW DO I KNOW JUSTIN JAMISON RECEIVED MY ORDER?
    Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.
